By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Sperry Tree Care related to estimate scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, and related customer service communications.
HOW YOU OPT IN
You opt in when you request a free estimate on any of the three Sperry Tree Care forms below and check the optional box “Yes, text me to book my free estimate.” The box is not checked by default, and you can submit each form without checking it. Each form shows the disclosure: “Check the box and Sperry Tree Care will text you right away to set up your free estimate. Not required to get an estimate. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.” Each form links to these terms and our Privacy Policy. We only text people who check the box.

Some older Facebook ads still use an earlier version of the Facebook form, titled “Text updates,” with the optional checkbox “Yes, text me about my estimate” and the same message frequency, rates, STOP and HELP disclosure. That version is shown below and is retired as those ads end.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us (for example, an active estimate request or a scheduled appointment).
COST
Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
CONSENT
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to opt in to receive text messages in order to purchase any goods or services from Sperry Tree Care.
OPTING OUT
To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in by replying START.
